Halibut Cove, Alaska Brand Design

Halibut Cove is a small village in Alaska, originally founded in 1911 as a thriving fishing hub. Over time, the decline of the fishing industry led to the area being largely abandoned until the Tillions revitalized the community by making it their home. My design aims to capture the warmth and welcoming spirit of Halibut Cove, emphasizing its strong sense of community. The fishing rod forms the letter “V” highlighting the village’s deep-rooted fishing heritage and diverse marine life. The waves at the bottom symbolize the cove itself, reinforcing its connection to the ocean.

Overall, this logo is designed to reflect the beauty, history, and resilience of Halibut Cove.
